Linnea (she/her) is a certified Leadership and Life Coach who empowers clients to lead with clarity, integrity, and purpose. With over 8 years of experience managing people and driving vision in business and sales environments—and 14 years as a respected yoga teacher, trainer, and facilitator—she brings a grounded, embodied, and relational approach to leadership development.
Linnea is ACCC-certified through Accomplishment Coaching, an ICF-accredited program known for its rigorous standards and transformational methodology. She supports entrepreneurs, executives, and mission-driven professionals in stepping into aligned leadership—personally and professionally.
She has led 200-hour teacher trainings, continuing education programs, mentorships, and international retreats, and is known for creating spaces of empowerment. Her work bridges practical leadership strategy with nervous system regulation, energy, and purpose-driven coaching.
Linnea holds a BA in Leadership and Business and integrates tools like Human Design, emotional intelligence, and systems thinking to help clients build sustainable impact and self-trust. Her practice is informed by deep studies in organizational development, eco-psychology, trauma and justice.
At its core, Linnea’s coaching is trauma-informed, holistic, and future-focused—supporting clients to lead from who they truly are, not just what they do. While she works extensively with executives and business leaders, her approach is for anyone ready to step into their power and lead a more intentional, fulfilling life.
