About Linnea

I’m a student of all things first. I am a yoga teacher, space holder, coach, mentor and creative human. I weave my study of yoga, personal development and energy into all my offerings, while keeping it real, accessible, and grounded. I am often known to bring a balance of depth, realness and fun.

I took my first yoga class as a young teen at a time when I was struggling. I have always used yoga to navigate my own path. My story involves healing my own subconscious, nervous system and remission from complex illness.

I strive to live a skillful expression of the healing potential of all 8 limbs of the practice, and the other tools that have supported me.

Coaching became a natural evolution of my own inner work, and a way to actualize yoga and energy principles into daily life. It’s taken me a lifetime of guidance and mentorship to understand my own gifts and something I was reluctant to embrace for a long time.

My mission is to help others understand their innate power. I strive to embody all shades my experiences, and share the gritty layers of my own it took to get here, as gracefully and honestly as I can.

I believe anything is possible if we are willing to get out of own our way. I am endlessly grateful for many mentors, teachers and all the people that have trusted their path before me to show the way.
