Mission
I stand for intersectional wellness—wellness that honors all bodies, identities, and lived experiences. I believe true healing must be accessible to all and rooted in equity, collective care, and systemic awareness.
To me, abundance means acknowledging privilege, addressing systems of oppression, and uplifting marginalized voices. I honor that I live and work on the traditional land of the Duwamish People, past and present, with deep gratitude and respect.
Trauma-Informed Practice
My approach is grounded in a trauma-informed lens, including knowledge of Polyvagal Theory and nervous system support. As an ICF-accredited coach, I follow ethical guidelines that prioritize safety, agency, and care.

Pricing & Access
My pricing structure reflects a commitment to access, equity, and communal wellness. I offer scholarship options for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ clients.
If you're interested in a scholarship spot, please reach out. If spots are full, I’m happy to offer referrals to trusted practitioners. You're also welcome to share recommendations for the list I'm building.
