Mission:

I stand for intersectional wellness that includes all of humanity, all bodies and voices. I believe making wellness and healing accessible to all populations.

I believe true abundance is a model that addresses privilege, acknowledges stolen land, supports systemically marginalized voices and equity.

I acknowledge that I reside on the traditional land of the first people of Seattle, the Duwamish People past and present and honor both the land itself and the Duwamish Tribe with tremendous gratitude.

Trauma Informed Background:

My background in teaching and learning includes a trauma informed lens and understanding of Polyvagal Theory. I adhere to the ICF ethical guidelines which include trauma informed distinctions as an accredited coach.

If you are curious about coaching, and whether it is an appropriate modality for you, you can read more here.

Pricing:

My offerings include scholarship options for BIPOC + LGBTQAI+. My pricing structure is one that seeks to support communal wellness, a circular economy and upholds access equality, as I believe this is true abundance.
